Nancy and I would like to compliment you on your company, in this day and age it's good to find someone who delivers such an exemplary service.
The solar PV panels were installed and the system up and running with the minimum of mess and disruption, complete with all the necessary arrangements with the
energy suppliers to ensure application for the Feed-in-Tariff (FiT).
We would also like to say how grateful we are to you for organising a visit from the Mitsubishi engineer to identify the problems we were having with the Air Heat
Source Pump central heating and hot water installation fitted by our original installer; as due to their incompetence the system had never worked properly!
You identified and corrected the faults with great efficiency and as a bonus you identified our eligibility for a legacy application for the Renewable Heat Incentive
(RHI) via the internet and as a result instrumental in us receiving £3,000+ over the next 7 years.
