For clients requiring an energy audit, we will evaluate the fabric performance of the building, the performance of space heating, water heating, lighting and other demands. In addition, we will evaluate the most recent 12 month cycle of energy bills.(how the user has utilised energy).

Then we will report to the client, outlining a phased approach for moving forward which includes:

1. Immediate and effective quick fixes
2. Medium to long term solutions normally including renewable technologies. This may also include building fabric modifications

Of course all measure will be proposed on a cost effective/value for money basis, factoring in the cost and energy uses.

Should the client wish to proceed, we are able to provide a comprehensive service, including install and commission all measures (including building fabric), along with timescales etc.
